Growing in biblical community
Our St. Johns Discipleship Community Church families are made up of some great people who simply desire to grow as disciples of Jesus by loving God and loving others, as we grow in biblical community together. No matter where you are on your journey of faith, there is a place and space for you!
Fulflilling the commission
Our mission at St. Johns Discipleship Community Church is to fulfill The Great Commission that Jesus Christ gave to His disciples: “Go and make disciples” (Matthew 28:19). We believe making disciples involves equipping people to grow in intimacy with Jesus, teaching them how to grow as spiritual leaders in their homes and family, inspiring people to be active in building biblical community, and encouraging them to grow in spiritual maturity.

At St. Johns Discipleship Community Church
We believe that there is only One God who exists eternally in three distinctions: God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We believe every divine action in the world is created by the Father, working through the Son, and demonstrated through the power of the Holy Spirit. We believe the fullness of the Holy Spirit was given to the Church on the Day of Pentecost. We believe that baptism in the Holy Spirit is a definite experience that empowers believers to share the Gospel in power, produce the fruit of the Spirit in everyday life, and more readily receive the supernatural gifts of the Spirit designed to serve the Body of Christ.
